“I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I brought my brand new truck in with substantial hail damage (200 pings on the hood, another 200 on the roof). Bo told me they would restore it like it never even happened. The crew at Dent Mechanix took their time and completely delivered on that promise. They did it in a little over half the time. They could have been slow for all I know. I was worried about the large deductible from my insurance company. “Never had hail damage to any vehicle I have owned. I found this place doing a search in my area for hail repair. I read a few reviews and decided that they were legit. I am one happy camper, these guys know what they are doing, and I must say they communicate well and will do what ever it takes (within reason) to meet your inconvenience. My car was damaged in a hail storm at DFW airport (The Parking Spot (S)) on April 6th. The repaired car is a 2016 Toyota Camry, it had about 300 hits on all areas of the car. It took about a week to fix, and a week for the OEM parts that could not be repaired (Trim, rubber molding, and headlight.) All toll approximately 6K worth of damage. Their communication is outstanding and knowledge of insurance criteria is exceptional. Definitely recommend Dent Mechanix.”

“We were a little skeptical at first since Ken was going door to door handing out his card. He did explain that they are not a pop up shop and have been at a permanent location for quite some time. He said they also offer no deductible (or close to) and a rental if needed. They will also pick up and deliver your vehicle if needed. We went ahead and decided to take our vehicles up to see what they can offer for us. We did not put any pressure on them to get it done ASAP. We told them to take their time. They did in fact do that. It did take a little longer than we were quoted at a large chain repair shop. Well.....they did an amazing job on both of our vehicles!! They were quite torn up from the April 2017 hail storm we got in NRH. Both vehicles were free of all dents and they clean your car up before handing it back over. They were more than willing to work with us and the insurance company to ensure we would be completely satisfied and get us the best deal possible. “Beau was awesome. I have a 2015 F150 Platinum. I took my truck multiple places and everyone wanted to charge me like $1600 to replace and repaint the door panel. I took my truck in there at Friday and Beau worked at it for 8-9 hours and was able to repair my door so the dent was not even noticeable. He quoted me a really low price which after as much work as he had to put into it I actually felt bad and tried to offer him more, but he refused and honored his quote. I have provided his card to multiple potential customers since and would definitely bring my vehicle back for future work!”

“FANTASTIC!!! Dent Mechanix went above and beyond. Not only did they repair and detail my car perfectly, but their customer service was excellent. When I needed a rental car, Ken and his wife stood in an extremely long line at Enterprise so I wouldn't have to. “I had my car parked in the garage and dropped a large plastic storage bin, which hit the center of my Honda Civic's hood. It made two very sharp and surprisingly deep 1 inch dents. Due to the sharpness of the dents I was worried that they could not be completely fixed without body repair/paint. When I went to pick my car up, I was amazed and extremely thrilled that Bo not only got the dents out, my hood looked like it had never been dent in the first place!!! To say I was and am a very happy customer is putting it mildly!! “We had some rear bumper damage, and I wanted an estimate for insurance. They looked at it, and got under the bumper, and pushed out most of the dent, including the rubber bumper strip. We can buy a new reflector ourselves. There were also some scratches on the passenger door that they buffed out. And it cost less than my deductible would have been. I will definitely recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need dents repaired, this it the place I'll use.”

Insurance guys and other shops wanted to replace the hood and roof with sub-par replacements; if you've ever read much about replacing a roof on a truck, you know it is a hit or miss proposition (horror stories include hack saws, crappy welding, leaks, etc.). We were referred to Dent Mechanix by a family friend and, consistent with our friend's promise, they over delivered. They spent several intensive days fighting with the insurance adjusters and painstakingly using paintless dent repair techniques to make the truck look new again (without cutting off the roof and using replacement steel). I'm a believer and will go back if I ever need similar work.”

“They did an awesome repairing my Vehicle! Dent Mechanix has really good mechanics that are extremely nice and do a great job. They covered half my deducible (which was $500) and my rental car. They had the work done in about a week and a half (took three weeks altogether because they had to wait on my insurance which was taking its sweet time, but that is not their fault). All-in-all a great experience, I would recommend them to anyone.”
